The firm was founded by Caioly Williams (née Gabriel), who is both the director and driving force behind our practice. Caioly earned her LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape (UWC), where she was also an active member of the university’s Athletics and Netball teams—demonstrating her leadership, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the field.

Following her graduation, Caioly completed her articles of clerkship at a reputable law firm in Kuilsriver, where she gained extensive experience in litigation. During this time, she also successfully completed the Practical Legal Training (PLT) through the Law School of South Africa, which further strengthened her legal capabilities. Her time in practice was also marked by her active involvement in initiatives supporting women in the legal profession—an advocacy she continues to champion.

Caioly successfully passed the competency-based examinations and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2024. Soon after, she established Gabriel Williams and Associates Inc with a clear mission: to provide accessible, compassionate, and expert legal services to her community.
